Newcomers Welcome to Ballroom 1 Our
beginner group series class is designed for first time dancers. Worry
free- you will be taught everything you need to know to join us on the
dance floor.
The beginner class curriculum includes: waltz,
foxtrot, rumba, and swing. The dance instruction is formatted to
progress the students level of dance. Lessons are taught by a nationally
certified instructor. It is best if you have a partner but not
necessary as we rotate partners throughout the class (singles and
couples are welcome).
Classes last 50 minutes plus 10 minutes of
dance community news, curriculum and calendar updates. The lesson will
include a 25 minute practice session with music and coaching. (total
time of about 1 1/2 hours).

Cost is $60 per person.

Prepare for amateur ballroom dance
competitions in the spring.
This program will emphasize competitive
level techniques in newcomer and bronze level routines in foxtrot,
waltz, rumba, cha cha and swing. This program is open to all
intermediate level dancers who
are interested in training for
upcoming amateur
ballroom dance
competitions, so if you know anyone
else who
might like to join us,
feel free to forward them this info.

Space is limited, on-line reservation form is required to reserve your spot.
We will be offering Ballroom 1 for newcomers where we teach the basics in foxtrot, waltz,swing and rumba.
We will also offer Ballroom 2 - a continuation of the Ballroom one curriculum with the addition of basic tango.
Ballroom 3 A continuation of the 5 dances - completion of Ballroom 2 required.
Bronze 1 class reviews work done in Ballroom 3 and expands curriculum for all dances with the addition of cha cha.
Classes include 50 minute lesson, 10 minute community updates, and 20 minutes of practice time. (About 1 1/2 hours)
